meth capital of the U.S.

I just took a job in north west Indiana. Man do they got trouble, meth, meth,meth. Everyone locked up for meth. I am looking for Kayla Sturdavant for the charges of purchase of pills that they use to make dope.
In this small town of Kendallville everyone knows everyone. Everyone lies and the police have my honest prayers. This is the meth cook capitol of the entire U.S., and thats the truth. I put up fliers everywhere and the next day yhey had all been taken down. She is with her ole man who also has paper out on him, Jason Wallen. I hate to offer cash for my target but had no other way to get it done.
This past Sat. she was at the Dollar store getting her drain cleaner Im sjre her plumbing was a mess. An off duty wolcotvile office with no duty weapon and in his own car locked eyes with her at a stop light and said she was gone with the wind. That was the last sighting I have and I am thinkin I have met my match. We will see in the next few days.
