Hunt In Memphis
I was bored one day in june, the 20th to be honest, so here is the story.
I had a file on a young man that was picked up by one of Hamilton Counties best, and then made up his mind to bone my boss for about five thousand dollars. Well I just cant allow such a thing to happen so on the phone to Doyle I went.
I did my top secret crap that I often do and found the little shit had a court date in Shellby County Tenn. at 9PM on the 20th of June. So over beers (honey browns) and about 20 Marlboro reds we came up with a plan so freekin great it couldnt fail.
I got in touch with a dude by the name of Lorin, at Battle Bail Bonds who had the punk out on a property bond that his mother had put up her house on. Now if my Mom, God rest her soul, had put her house on my ass I would show up to court even if I was gonna do time. Well just cuz I would doesnt carry much weight with some pieces of shit who dont care if someone who loves em lives in a tent.
So i spoke with Lorin and he told me for a hundred bucks he would pick him up for me and I could book rite on down and get him. He would be off his bond and I would get paid. So after 7 hours in a dodge Intrepid with my bro Doyle, Lorins Better half decides that aint gonna happen. She told us to check her later and he would be in jail and i wasnt gonna get my man.
I went to the grape vine and found two way cool dudes and fellow bounty hunter, Steve, and D, of BLOOD HOUND FUGATIVE RECOVERY AND SECURITY SERVICES. These guys are the real deal and were ready to roll mephis style. We decided to grab the punk befor he got in battle offices. Damn what kind of people are we? real thats what kind. Steve went to the inside of the court house and began to work his magic on the phone with the punk. He had D watch the competing bond office and myself and Doyle took up positions in front of the court house.
Well at some point the lttile shit got picked up and put in behind our backs. and after another 8 hours in a car at perhaps a higher speed as we were so f'n tired, we did learn a couple of things. Are ya ready for this?
I learned that the city Of Memphis is beautiful, some bonds men in this world are very uncool, and that the Bounty Hunters of Memphis (Steve and the big man D)are down with the program, and Elvis is dead.
If you other hunters get that way and need help those two dudes know everyone and everything. Myself and Doyle Made two new friends and we owe em one, a real big one. stay safe dudes and we will be back but next time just to party........
